INESU : The INESU acronym covers two structures: the first one is the limited company with social purpose INESU-IMMO that accompanies the urban development of the 2 UCL's sites in Louvain-la-Neuve and Brussels (Woluwe-Saint-Lambert). The second one is the non-profit organisation INESU-PROMO which performs different tasks related to tourism in the city of Louvain-la-Neuve as well as promotion and management of Louvain-la-Neuve Science Park.

Sopartec : Sopartec is the technology transfer and investment company of the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL). Sopartec’s mission is to work with the UCL Administration de la Recherche (ADRE) on promoting the results of research carried out by UCL, the Cliniques universitaires St-Luc and the Institut de Duve (ICP) by creating spin-off companies and negotiating licence agreements.
Cellule d'études immobilières et urbaines (CEIU) : The Urban Real Estate Studies department is responsible for planning and optimizing UCL's real estate and consider all proposed architectural or urban projets necessary to the development, allocation and management of
the University property.
Services Emplois: Le réseau des Services d'emploi à l'UCL est à votre disposition si vous recherchez des étudiants stagiaires ou si vous désirez recruter des jeunes diplômés universitaires. Vous pouvez déposer et gérer gratuitement des offres d'emploi consultables par les étudiants et diplômés de l'UCL.
Association Sportive du Personnel Universitaire (ASPU) : Les membres du personnel des entreprises du Parc scientifique de Louvain-la-Neuve peuvent bénéficier de la Carte des Sports émise par l'UCL (carte ASPU) à un tarif préférentiel de seulement 60 euros par an. Cette carte vous donnera accès à de très nombreuses activités sportives sur les sites de Louvain-la-Neuve et Louvain-en-Woluwe.
